So Gao, let me get this correct, you are for investigating and prosecuting all these 'crimes', right? Regardless of whether it's cost-effective or not, whether there are more important crimes afoot to focus on, in fact you would throw away Prosecutor's discretion all together, right? OK, that's a position. Let's test the purity of your convictions. Would you have prosecuted the Reagan administration staffers for the prank damage they caused during the transition to the first Bush administration? Would you have prosecuted the Bush administration staffers for the prank damage they caused when the Clinton folks were elected?
