"so you believe those are hate filled statements?" LOL, you have to ask? The US at one time had something called slavery. Many people supported the idea of slavery. That does not make slavery a good thing. Same goes for people who were or are anti-semites. It is rare that any one person is "perfect". People have flaws -- except for you and Pat of course. But one of the most disfiguring flaws a person can have is to fan the most primitive of hatreds -- fear of people with different racial and religious backgrounds. By the way, the people you quote made tremendous contributions in other areas of their life -- how about you? What are the great achievements in your life? Are there any? Even one? Anything?
