When you bought your membership the moderated threads were not there, so you did not purchase access to them. I would argue that the moderator function is actually an added service- you, for example, can make up your own moderated threads and exclude people. It is fun. Try it.You have as much right to do that as anyone else. So your service has actually been enhanced. The unmoderated threads are still lively, and the moderated threads are simply an added benefit/annoyance, depending on how you look at it.
