Nadine, We could take this one to an almost infinite number of posts, counter posts, and counter counter posts without ever resolving anything to the satisfaction of either of us. Best just to put this debate, not discussion, to rest. And agree to disagree. I considered the initial post in this series a simple confession that reading recent material had led to me certain conclusions. I had not intended to debate them. I should have known better than to let myself get pulled into one. Let's take a break from this one for a while. No doubt we will both have opportunity and reason to come back to it in the future.
