Hi Chojiro:
Did you mean Mike, or me? I think you linked to the wrong message?

Chojiro,

Generally you've been right about movement in the stock price (down), and though you have an axe grind, you're honest about your axe (unlike many others).

However, I think in this case, calling for SEBL at $3 by 12/03 would seem pretty unlikely, unless the company literally does a complete nosedive. Minimally, the co. has $4/sh in cash. By making that prediction, you're essentially saying that the mkt will value the business at $0, and SEBL will also lose $1/sh in the next 6 quarters, and then it will trade for its cash value.

Based on what we've seen the last 3-4 years (massive bubble, then bubble burst), I won't say it's impossible, but I would say it's pretty unlikely.

chojiro,

I'll bet you an ounce of gold it does a reverse split or sells out for $3(or less) on or before 12/31/03.

My bookkeeper (my wife) has put me on probation for making too many bets. (As you can imagine, she wouldn't be doing that if I had won some of them. :) But I'll make a note of your prediction and we'll celebrate New Year's Eve by revisiting it.

LOL. Chojiro you are aiming for a double whammy here. :o)

Anyone take on his bet may want to buy that ounce of gold to keep now otherwise if/when SEBL goes sub $3 you may not have enough dough to buy the gold.
