Outer limits and other thread participants. I was puzzled about the divergence between vtss and its competitors. In the 4/8 issue of Barrons there was a blurb on pricey stocks. At the top of the list were lltc, mrvl, and mxim. All companies seem to be in the same space and not one that would seem to support lofty multiples. finance.yahoo.com What do these other chip companies have going for them? Is there an opportunity for a hedge here? In particular I am thinking of vtss as a buy and the nsm 04/50 calls as a sell to pay for the vtss. Any ideas?
