I assume you saw my Canada post. Of course, we sometimes aren't much better. A student in Indiana had her diploma taken away for making fun of teachers during a graduation speech. ananova.com Hmmm. She made an implied deal with the school, if I do the work and get the grades, you'll give me a diploma. She did, but then made a funny at their expense. So they reneged. Sounds familiar. The ICLU is on her case. Maybe I should call them.
