You know you didn't think I was teaching either (not so very long ago), or a lawyer, or ...I could go on

I think the man is a lawyer. I'd just accept that part, if I were you. I'm not, of course. You will do as you like.

"Anybody can make up stationary and faxes on any computer these days. Or buy it from a printer.

That is true. I could go buy a trophy that represents my bogus championship status at some activity as well.

"Means nothing."

Not true. It means something. It is a symbol that represents that status of things. However, it is not absolute truth. Even if we went and saw the offices and people cowtowing to jla we could surmise that he had forged his credentials. The fact that those who have met him and commented on his professional status could also be held up to scrutiny. No, the fact is we probably cannot obtain absolute proof that jla is a lawyer. Is that closer to what you meant? If so were you hoping Neocon would be won over to your side of the argument, using this approach?

Now the question for me is why you would challenge Neocon who is one of the few here who gives you the slightest credit for anything anymore in such a far fetched manner. It seems you have systematically alienated every one of us who at any time was willing to consider the possibility that you may survive with some dignity. You have shown that you are willing to go to great and rediculus lengths to challenge and manipulate information. Reasonable people simply stand back and wonder why any one would consider any arguement you could present seriously. It is maladaptive and anti-social. Eccentric and independantly wealthy people can survive this way. How does a family man who is a working lawyer do it? Surely you don't ever win a case behaving this way.

You are pushing the limits of my tolerance to suggest that someone I have had more intimate dealings with, including, but not limited to, his flight to New York to help Monica's cousin during the medical crisis, and relay to me information about Monica's condition; spur of the moment faxing; and exchanges in the mail, engaged in an elaborate deception. I have met Monica's cousin. JLA was very helpful to the family during a trying time. I mention these things because they are already matters of public record, as things transpired on SI. I am privy to other matters which would serve as further confirmation, but which I should not have to adduce. You have no basis other than your own malice to raise the possibility of an elaborate hoax. I understand that you are angry, but you are going off the deep end.......
