Cherry Bomb is a reversal bar at tops making a high for the move witha long tail anda tight dark body buried in the top 3rd of the previous bar. Roman Candle is a reversal bar at bottoms making a low for the move witha long tail anda tight light body buried in the lower 3rd of the previous bar. Most easily seen in candles and must be formed perfectly.... SPX is pretty good. The terms are mine, and they probably have more refined names, but they consistently produce results and are not that common.
