Huh?! I know exactly what I published and why I did it.

How do I lose? How does the article support QCOM? It states that CDMA needs OFDM to handle multipath and increase spectral efficiency, among other reasons. Besides, that's one possibility among many being explored - cdma is hardly assured as a part of any 4g standard, whereas OFDM is. Further QCOM's CDMA IPR would be diluted...

It doesn't change the fact that QCOM's royalty rates are high and nobody is willing/able to pay them. Besides maybe the FCC will make UWB legal for all applications and it will blow CDMA and OFDM out of the water - well CDMA anyway.
