Deregulation would be fine, were it actual deregulation. But when public policy comes along that's not only lopsided (again, the inherent bias of most regulatory initiatives) in its' focus, but that also sets new rules, mandates the formation of all manners of operating/supervisory boards, and which essentially puts new structure on top of old, well, it looks a lot more like 'reregulation' than deregulation. And that leads to my next post... LP.
