There are a bunch of melodramatic people here too so the scenery is being staged for as a drama. My sons friends description of IT is if you make it too hard you are inviting trouble if you make it easy you trap them at the door. So we adjust to preventing Internal Terror in all corners of this USA. Seriously, it is the same here the cost factor was not considered small companies thought programmers would be to create customers not just codes. Customer base did not increase but the cost to maintain systems did. I think in Can that you are more advanced in employment of academic use than we are here. However academics are the method to the creation of cash not cash flow.
