I have long believed that LBJ had prior knowledge, and may well have been in it up to his neck.
I thought I was the only one who believed that!

It happened in Texas- -home ground. Who could do a better job of twisting the police and controlling anyone else who got involved?
Who had more to gain?

Stone's film led directly to that later commission that concluded it was a conspiracy.
