How do you figure that the carriers are going to bypass 3G if the OFDM/CDMA cell phones are not going to be available until 2010? And we know there is lots of wiggle room in that 2010 prognostication, don't we? And it's to later dates, not earlier ones.

If CDMA and OFDM are somehow married and end up replacing 3G, Q will get paid. How do you figure that the numerous companies that have signed licenses can wiggle out of them?

PS Is Sprint's failure priced into QCOM? I mean, won't that give the cabal yet another reason to turn away? Just wondering.
