Not if we can get to max pain before that. As long as they get close to max pain any day during expiration, they have accomplished their goals.

Stock, phase III could start today or tomorrow, next Tuesday id the "last day in that window". Actually, because we are so much off max pain next Tuesday or Wednesday could signal an acceleration as naked unwind...
