For a little tongue and cheek humor....

>>It really doesn't matter what people here are TRYING to do.....in regard to smearing Tony.<<

Tony may be either:
A. Guilty as charged
B. Completely innocent
C. Any shade of gray in between.

And he can be either:
D. Convicted because of "A" and "C" OR despite "B"
E. Declared innocent because of "B" or despite "A" or "C"

If he gets out of jail after being declared innocent, he could be "mad as a wet hen". At that point it may matter a great deal ..... regarding the smearing of Tony.

My guess is that he has better than $25 million in the bank or various funds. He might be willing to spend a lot of $$$$ to persecute (yep-yep that's the word) those writing in a smear campaign. Could be fun to watch. Especially if JAG is indeed a JAG.

TTT, what is your opinion of the fact that A&P was sued by his own mother for illegally trading her stock?

Elgindy's MOTHER told the National Association of Securities Dealers that he had made unauthorized trades in her pension account. She won $30,000 in arbitration in 1992
