Two things might be considered. One, that new con IS John L. Allen who is an attorney in Maine and New Hampshire and who may or not be jlallen, and/or Two, that new con is jlallen Tonto to jl's The Lone Ranger or Boswell to jl's Johnson. They seem both to be equally skilled in legal reasoning and do seem to magically follow each other around. :)))
