I believe so. I remember Telerate back when they provided the moving NYSE and ASE Tickers in brokerage offices along with stock quote services. From what I understand, they went BK several years ago and were bought out of BKcy by BOEP a few years ago. Though it is private and doesn't publish numbers, I have been told, but can't confirm in writing that under BOEP they now have revenues up to over $400 million and became profitable last year.
