The Yahoo data agrees with the official NASDAQ short info, so this time it's not Yahoo.

I don't believe there is a legal prohibition on shorting recent IPO's, just that in practice it's close to impossible for a regular investor to do so. Note the MM's can short as much as they want, and their short positions are (not surprisingly) not subject to disclosure.

I don't currently own AGIX. It's held up pretty well here - that either means it's ripe for a collapse or it's doing great fundamentally and is about to take off. <g>

For what its worth, DOVP actually looks like a pretty compelling long at this level. Fresh IPO proceeds and a nice pipeline.
