The mutuality was not stipulated in the agreement. The analogy stands. However, sure, I can think of other situations. For example, if E made allegations about your situation on another thread that were so libelous to you that you had to respond, I would not criticize you, which is what you asked. I think that it would be up to Laz whether to consider it a termination of the agreement. I would argue special circumstances, on your behalf, but I would also understand a reversion to status quo ante.

Could you possibly give the exact quoted exchange (along with the post) which constituted (in your mind) the agreement or contract?

(Sigh)... I thought "contracts" would die a merciful death.

It is a pretty silly argument. These are merely discussion boards where you put in your two cent's worth. Anyone can say whatever they want and turn around the next day and say the opposite. Anyone can start up a new moderated board and run it any way they feel like, making up and changing the rules as they go along, day by day, or minute by minute.

As you once put it, there is no law west of the Pecos.

In case you haven't noticed, the SMBR is no longer exactly thriving.

On top of everything else ... why do you care if you can post there or not?
