Techie,

How do you know that Netflix lost the DVD? Could it be the USPS?

Techie,

<<...unless they do something about DVDs getting lost in the mail...Netflix, unless you can do something about this problem your company will be history within a year>>

I joined NFLX 10/02 and when I went to the site today I was told that my a/c is on hold because of a total of 6 DVDs that I know I sent back, that they claim they haven't received. Unless they can provide assurances that the return shipments are secure and reliable, I will have to cancel my membership and look elsewhere.

I think I remember Lindy Bill having the same problem. It's a shame after such an up conference call today. They reported 857K subscribers and $45.2 mil in sales for Q4. Estimates for Y/E '03 look good to me...

They do not break out 'lost' DVD's and the cost to the company...

Ed...
