Carranzito, are you sure you know your correct global coordinates... Not to associate to free sugar, wheat,rice,corn and regular farmer subsidies, not to forget 30% free Stalin-Steel. Ilmarinen Luckily FCC every now and then understand the words of niche and global, although they have a tough time with many local protective patriotic things. (hmm, when will WinCrash start utilizing protective non-crash m,ode?? no wonder the states are busy, when the state cannot do it) Any chance GPS would run ontop only of BREW?? And the world would still be flat like a 300mm pizza, like for some truely heavenly truth and cleanliness heroic time before Galileo??

Carranza, in spite of your hopes, AT&T does not seem to be unhappy with Nokia. Today, 6 days after the FCC filing you posted, Nokia announced new equipment orders from AT&T. biz.yahoo.com and biz.yahoo.com These decisions by AT&T are more understandable if one uses the link you provided and reads the entire filing with the FCC, rather than the out of context quotes you selected mixed together with the quotes that you invented.
