OT: George

People who have benefited the most from a bubble are often the most blinded by it. I'm sure telecom sales managers were feeling pretty bulletproof in Q1 2000.

The Real Estate bubble may continue for a while as it is being partially fueled by the collapse of stocks, ie funds looking for a safe haven. The high debt levels, will be its ultimate undoing.
