You know, with the words "Radio Host" in the thread title, I would have thought that on-air commentary would be an appropriate topic for this thread. If you only listened to the radio program, you would have a pretty good idea by now that he made some kind of bad mistake having to do with QQQ, even if you didn't know the details. How come you don't demand "documentation" when people criticize Brinker for his on-air comments about Lucent, and other stocks he hasn't mentioned in the newsletter? Seems to me you have a double standard.
