Thread is moderated but will not be autocratically run. Now if this arbitrary imposition of an illegal unauthorized penalty for being 11- -only 11- minutes late is not arbitrary, well, what is it? Forget the lawyer. I'm going to sick my wife on you. She's available now and she makes any pitbull you've ever seen look meek. I'd ask for The moderator will then convene a group of not less than three nor more than five regular thread members who will assess the situation and decide whether the moderation power will be invoked. But the complaint would be against the moderator, so I have a suspicion it wouldn't work. Not only that, but the jury would likely come back with a death penalty. :-)
