CUI BONO? Gordon, A simple "cui bono?" or "Who benefits?" test would indicate that Koontz is tossing out a red herring. Who won in the anthrax scare? The same creeps who created the monster in the first place, the bio-warfare crazies in our DoD who netted an extra $4.9 Billion in budgets for FY2003. Tell me that the Ruskies made out on the scare and I'll tend to believe they had something to do with it. Otherwise, my intuition tells me that human nature, being what it is, has created a home grown terrorist with Ft. Detrick credentials and a very warped view of what patriotism is all about. -Ray
