Interactive brokers commissions are $0.01 per share, no min or max.
$1.00 per option contract, $0.00 if option is exercised.
There is a $10 monthly fee if you don't generate $30 in commissions in a given month. Because the commissions are so low, that can be hard to do at times, but it's still only $10.

I use Mr. Stock for my option trades like spreads because their site permits entering spreads.

Other sites allow it but the software won't run on my Mac. I have had accounts with Fidelity for years and most of my covered call trades are done there. Call it inertia. Fidelity commissions are slightly higher and vary with the level of trading activity. I am proud to say I no longer qualify for their cheapest rates (g).
