I'm more concerned about the enslavement of the public by heinous public debts than with some tired cliche about government spending.

By the old honest Republican standards, Clinton was a true hero to the rock-ribbed and moral Republican, because he kept spending in check and actually ran a slight surplus.

Bush, OTOH, is the real Republican's worst nightmare, a profligate "don't tax and spend" man who is willfully enslaving the children of this nation to a banker's wet dream. In comparison to Clinton, Bush is utterly irresponsible about fiscal matters, and utterly craven in his willingness to serve his banking masters.
