Bottom? Bottom? What Bottom?

We are like 300 feet down the side of the Grand Canyon and people are calling it the bottom.

Word is that Fisher went back in mid May, investing so quickly that he had a perceptable effect on the main indexes at that point. His $10 billion portfolio is now down a billion or so, hence the defensive tone. The 38 day maximal time for a rebound (based on the past anyway) would then give him about another week before he has to start explaining again.

I enjoy reading his Forbes columns as he often has original and independent things to say and often backs them up with data but he does have a tendency to get hypnotized with statistics. He has I believe though beaten the indexes over the last few years.
