LOL! I really only ate two cookies today. I'm sure that you've heard the phrase, "I'm not fat. I am a nutritional overachiever."

I'd heard at least three references to this over the last two weeks, and there were both an article in the WSJ and a spot on CNBC to this effect today.

I heard the same news story on CNBC...and IMO the entire idea is crazy. All of us need to make our own choices in life....including the right to choose our own personal diet. Hopefully the choice will be one of a healthy diet and lifestyle, but IMO we don't need regulations to "help" us with our choices.

Did this idea start in California, LOL?!?
