a lucky punch I hope the terrorist attacks were a lucky punch. The alternative theory is that they were allowed to strike to further the Central Asian oil deals. I would like to think that Ashcroft pulled the counter terrorist operations to staff his bordello peep shows and internet porn searches rather than think he was deliberately pulling back to create an enemy where only a crazy existed.
