Last year, anyone who bought trusts made money,

------ Sorry but that is incorrect. In particular look to the time of the rights offering for SDT. It was late Oct. From that time to late Dec oil/gas trust unit prices were falling because of a collapse in oil prices. Yet after the rights offering the unit price for SDT was rising during the same period. Its up over 30%. Many of the royalty trusts have not recovered yet to their prefall heights. Though they are higher off their lows. -------------

I'm only saying that these fees are real dollars that are coming out of your pocket,

-------- Sorry but yet again that is incorrect the fees are not coming out of your own pocket. Especially since I have already referenced that distributions have not been affected. And further to that the individual unitholder who takes the rights and converts there is no brokerage fee to him personally as it is absorbed by the trust. And again the trust distributions for the next month are not impacted one bit as you claimed ------

even though its going up

------- and one has to ask himself why it is going up when at the same time most all else is not. They the management know just when to do these for the most benefit to unitholders. That is and has been demonstrated over and over again. Thats what that extra fee is getting you. It is delivering. ----------

you should still be aware of it.

----------- What matters is the bottom line. And as I have shown with some real math and real numbers. The benefit outweighs any "costs". Now as I have said if you care to provide some real numbers or real instances to show otherwise please be my guest. You have done neither yet. As such your only voicing opinion that is clearly not supported by any fact ---------

This is not pennywise pound foolish, its watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves...
