There seems to be plenty of people on SI who don't value character, honesty or trustworthiness as important criteria for who they follow and give their money to, as long as they make lots of money in return.

If they knew there was no chance of being sucked into another RICO investigation - a very BIG if - my guess is he could seduce enough playground twerps into signing up again to make his Web site a going concern.

I just doubt we will ever hear from Mr. Elgindy regarding the securities business ever again. Just my guess.

For those concerned about Tony being libeled or slandered, let's remember who lost his most recent libel case. There are additional instances on the record on Si where Tony was less than "accurate" about certain posters' trades, results and associations.

Does anyone think a jury would look at his record of abuse and then award him damages because folks said he was a dishonest butthead?

Not me. Not any jury he ever saw, or any judge he ever appeared before. His credibility is gone, poof, bye bye, toast.
