On the day last month when CSCO took that "strange" bounce...

A young friend ask me, "NT is $2.98, do you think that it
can go any lower?"...

Of course, I knew that NT was BK. So, I just "shrugged"
for an answer...(sigh)

Irrational exuberance moves in both directions. This is why the market cannot be known and why day trading is a sum loss game.

PsychoSocial..it's amazing that people still keep saying we can't go lower.
I stand by my assessment, but if you read it carefully, you'll see that I'm speaking in terms of the decline since mid-May and only looking out a few weeks. I'm reserving judgment on what happens after that. My exposure to Tech is modest, at about 25% of my portfolio. Let's wait and see.
