You still short, -g-?: 07:19 ET Qualcomm cut to Mkt Perform at Deutsche -- writing on the wall (QCOM) 32.39: Deutsche Securities downgrades to MKT PERFORM following Sprint PCS release of dismal results. PCS announced that net subs would be approx. 300k vs consensus of 600-700k; capex was cut by $100 mln. Leads firm to lower estimates; FY02 goes to $0.85 from $0.87 and FY03 to $1.02 from $1.05.
