furrf - Two years is a lifetime in US politics Yes but most of the posters here reackon that this is just the begniing of teh downdraft. Zeev who is a sefl proclaimed non-short even puts the low, which he hasn't yet said is teh REAL bottom at around 1,220, Softie is way lower and others say that even if the S&P halved things would still not be cheap. So interpolating that lot will we be at the bottom oin a year and a halfs time? That is the beginning of 04 and when people turn up to vote do yuo think they will remember that their portfolios have shrunk ot almost nothing? Best, L
