Steve, it's 10:29 and I show UBB @17.38 with 92,900 shares traded. I didn't notice the delay. But it's trading now.

SAO PAULO (Dow Jones)--Brazil's Tele Norte Leste Participacoes SA's (TNE) is expected to receive regulatory go-ahead
Friday to start operating wireless unit Oi, the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo reported Friday. Recently, Telemar said Oi was
up and ready to start operations once the regulatory green light came. Oi has 1,800 radio base stations installed and coverage
in 10 states and 200 cities. Oi is receiving 1.1 billion reals ($1=BRR2.71) of Telemar's BRR2.5 billion capital expenditures
budget in 2002.
