I know a scumbag when I read one.... The juxtaposition of your post and the one to which you responded perfectly illustrates the contrast in styles that makes things so interesting. We can always count on you to be sure that you know the bottom line and to find the fastest route to it. I think that most of us have the instincts to recognize scumbags when we see them. We have the no-nonsense folks like you who want to just spit it out and be done with it. And then we have others who like to turn it over in our mouths discerning sweet or sour or salty or bitter or some unique combination and dwell a bit on the complexity of the flavors, maybe debate the vintage...
