INTC has bounced off the 20 area four days in a row. This is no small feat as the market has been very weak, and the stock didn't even make it down to its Sep 01 lows after the big gap down on Jun 7. Buyers have stepped up into the stock and it has provided some constructive leadership for the market. INTC currently clawing its way back into positive territory for the day at 21.15.
