What about the writers who tear up companies and make money for the hedge funds, as Street.com boasts for Herb.

"Herb Greenberg might begin the session by reporting on a company he’s been watching, like he did PolyMedica, in early July of 2001. They all listen closely because everyone knows that when Herb smells something rotten and writes about it, you’ll see the stock plunge before your very eyes."

Yet, it took another year for SEC to say, we don't find a fault with PLMD and it gapped up $13. and something like $20 for the day. So where is "the rotten" in the market place? I don't think it is all CEOs. IMHO.
