Just about to do that...! Started by looking at the moving averages and got discouraged...., after reading Richard Arms I'm going to break it apart. Being new to Excel the work is slow as I have to learn the formula's to make things work, but I'm getting better.

Arm's suggests looking at the internal components and breaking out the lower and upper ratios as well as looking at the final ARMs Index number. Applying the moving averages to these may be of some interest.

Not having much data, I've got'ta find a source for all the independent components and learn to get them into Excel. If you have any ss of data you'd be willing to share, please PM me for an email address.

As to Cisco..., my stock picking is not that good... so the Ishares on various sectors is getting my attention.
