The bottom line is nobody gives a sh*t about telecom anymore. They had their shot at 3g and they blew it (a number of times). This sector is going to the purgatory it so richly deserves. Something new will arise in its place but most of the existing players are HISTORY!

The core problem is that the ASSETS ARE WORTH A LOT LESS THAN THE LIABILITIES; all this talk about different technologies is no longer relevant!

This sector will not be able to attract capital until they can turn profits; that's a long ways off! Many C.11's before that date.

Art, the commercial credit market is just about dried up and gone these days. Your going to have to raise capital by either selling stock or selling bonds. both of which are out of the question for PCS and LWIN right now.
