Sure, that was a washout. CNBS said so repeatedly so it must be a bottom. After all, we did have that 3 minutes and 13 seconds of all out panic? -g/ng- I think my new definition of capitulation is - simultaneous intermittent panics of both longs selling and shorts frantically covering with both sides getting the worst prices.
