The use of the word "friend" would seem to negate the possibility that the person was Mr. Scanshift. However, I believe that Mr. Scanshift did introduce Mr. Elgindy to some people. He appeared to be a conduit for Mr. Elgindy in some respects. It is hard to piece together because many posts appear to have been deleted. Mr. Elgindy's account of what took place in the refugee camps is an interesting rendition. He is a complex man. Mr. Shootie may have hit the nail on the head in one of his posts. I saw a quote from Mr. Elgindy about the possibility of Mr. Hoti being the next President of Kosovo. In moments of pure speculation, I toy with the idea that perhaps Mr. Elgindy was positioning himself towards the future.
