GTSM IS A BLATANT SCAM

see if you can explain this.

GTSM says it HAS a facility -- in FULL production, with
sufficient capacity for "well into the next century". Only it
said that in 1996.

But really it had absolutely nothing. GTSM's statements were a
100% flat lie.

in full production with its Cadmium Telluride (Cd Te)

Galtech has produced substrates of this compound that are
twice the size and of higher quality than any other on the

Galtech CEO Russ Chapman, stated, "We are the first high-
quality American manufacturer of Cd Te and aggressively seeking
to capture the lion's share of the $30-35 million market."

Galtech Semiconductor Materials Corp. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD:
GTSM) announced today the opening of its new facilities in Salt
Lake City, Utah to produce Cadmium Telluride semi- conductor
material.

The most common Telluride crystal grower is the Horizontal
Bridgeman CSI 301 at a cost of approximately $250,000 on the
commercial market.

Galtech CEO, Mr. Russ Chapman, states, "We are enthusiastic
about our new facility because Cadmium Telluride is the semi-
conductor of the future and, with the additional equipment,
Galtech is poised to become a chief supplier to the multi-
billion-dollar semiconductor industry. The company's new
semiconductor facility should have enough production capacity to
meet the demand for Cadmium Telluride well into the next century.
