So what do you think of the 40% dilution? You think will have an affect on your upside? Is Nortel and the telecom market strong enough to defy the 4+ billion shares that Nortel now has? I assume you already know that it now becomes that much more difficult for Nortel to post a meaningful EPS. In fact 40% more difficult.
