I suppose Mr. Eims2000 hasn't seen the post over on Ragingbull by Mr. a_and_p_sucks. I see no threats of lawsuits over there, yet.

*****DaiTN, what you say
is very true. It is and has been a tactic of the "members of the enterprise", and fringe members; have used for quite sometime. If they don't like what you say or you post negative information (especially the truth) about them, they will verbally attack you and threaten to sue you. The funny thing is that it seems like they are the ones always getting sued, and even having to make out of court settlements. LOL LOL... You can ask Matt T. about that!

Also the word enterprise comes from the RICO statute and RICO charges were in fact filed by the U.S. Attorneys office. I would also think that the web site was one of the "facilitators" of the RICO violations and as such the website administrator would certainly come under scrutiny by the FBI, SEC, and others. Especially a web site administrator that has a long history of posting on Raging Bull and SI. Those posts are easy to research and will show a very clear pattern of following Tony's shorting activities. That can even be backed up with certain telephone conversations that have occurred over the past several months, with a "friendly" that wasn't really a friendly. LOL LOL... It is also common rumor/knowledge that there will be more indictments in the case and that there may now be as many as 30 indictments under seal.

It is also obvious to all, who the members of the enterprise are/were. Now the FBI must piece together the evidence, linkages, and facilitators, and they are getting a lot of guidance in this area, even from this thread. LOL Also don't forget Tony's past history of rolling over(informing) on others. He will do anything to cut down his time in jail, so I believe that no one that was even remotely involved is going to slip away. Tony himself will seal their faith. Let us not forget that Tony was betrayed by someone who gained his confidence and that someone is still around, often, even communicating with the web site administrator!!!!!

The house of cards is going to fall as the wheels of justice turn and the "enterprise" is crushed!

We luv ya Tony baby, roll over on the whole bunch of crims so we can again eat those great burritos and talk about our favorite gentelmans club! You know the one I mean. The one with those great lap dances that we enjoyed so much!!

Your sweet "asianflower"......
