You see, since 1999, the stock market has been a scam and every one knows it.

Do you remember the credit card scandal where the government issued cards to all employees and turned there back on the charges accumulated. Did you ever wonder why the huge influx of capitol buying in retail. What ever become of the money spent on that fiasco. It certainly was a creative and brilliant albeit deceitful way to insert new cash into a retail market.

Were any government employees fired because of their runaway spending habits? Did any of the employees have to pay it back?
