When I say "fall through the floor", I am talking about a capitulation selloff. I know that a lot of people believe that we can do individual stock capitulations, but I disagree. The idea of individual stock capitulations is not new and at one time, I did believe it could happen too. Now, I believe that a meaningful bottom will be marked by a selling climax and that going long for a significant period of time before this selling climax occurs will be a mistake.

Doesn't mean that a tradeable rally won't occur, just that the rally will be dangerous.
