"...hang the current and next to current heads of the SEC garbage." Are you actually serious in advocating capital punishment? I doubt it. Please try to be a bit more precise in your use of language. Continual use of the word "garbage" can't be doing a lot to enhance your credibility. The SEC proposal is not a bad idea, although the upper management of public companies are already signing representation letters as part of the audit process. This will add another layer of accountability and penalties.
